# Jupiter Coastal Media > Web design, photography and video for small businesses across Jupiter and Palm Beach County, Florida, plus real estate photography, drone and video priced per listing. One team builds the site and shoots everything inside it. Jupiter Coastal Media is a local, husband-and-wife web and media studio based in Jupiter, Florida. We serve two markets, and they buy two different things. SMALL BUSINESSES buy a website plus the photography, video and FAA Part 107–licensed aerials that go inside it, built and shot by the same two people. REAL ESTATE buys LISTING MEDIA on a single property — photos, drone stills, drone video and cinematic walkthroughs — priced PER LISTING. There is no real estate website product, no retainer, no monthly plan and no volume pricing. An agent or brokerage that wants a brand website buys it as a local business, at the small-business rates. Serving Jupiter & Palm Beach County. ## Credentials & key facts - Two founders, Kyle Romero and Chloe Romero (co-founders). They are the whole studio — no subcontractors. - Kyle Romero (Co-Founder, MBA) holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — airspace authorizations handled for clients. He is the only Part 107 pilot at the studio; every billed flight is flown by him. - Chloe Romero (Co-Founder, MBA) runs the business side — scope, pricing and what the studio commits to before taking a project on. She does not hold a Part 107 certificate. - Both founders hold MBAs. - Service area: Jupiter & Palm Beach County, Florida. - Founded as a local husband-and-wife studio based in Jupiter, FL. - Free, no-obligation quotes; à la carte pricing published openly. ## Pricing Every rate is published. There are TWO price lists, one per market, and they are NOT the same list with different words on it: - Small business price list (website tiers, photography sessions, video, aerials, landing pages, care plan, and the three combo packages): https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/local-business-marketing#pricing - Real estate price list (listing media only, priced per listing, no website and no packages): https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/real-estate-photography#pricing - https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/pricing explains how the rates are set — the founding-client window, the published step-up, and the pricing FAQ. It carries no price builder and no package cards; it routes to the two lists above. All rates below are introductory founding-client rates. SMALL BUSINESS (websites and the media that fills them): - Combo packages (website + media): Launch $795, Brand $1,250, Signature $2,350. These are SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. They contain a website, they do not appear on the real estate page, and they are not a real estate product. - Bespoke projects beyond the Signature scope: quoted individually. - Websites a la carte: core 3-5 page site $500; larger 6-10 page site $750. - Care plan and hosting: first year free, then $49/mo. This is a hosting subscription on a site we built — it is the only recurring line the studio sells, and it has nothing to do with real estate. - A la carte floor: $99 (a standalone aerial visit). Photo, video and aerial line items are priced individually. - The small business menu carries a product session and a food session; the real estate menu does not, because those are brand-photography products for a business with things on shelves and plates. REAL ESTATE (listing media, per listing — this is the complete list): - Listing photography, three tiers: $149 for 25 finished photos, $219 for 40, $299 for 60. Pick one. - Drone stills: $99. Drone video: $149. Both flown in the same visit as the photos, under FAA Part 107. - Cinematic walkthrough video: $349. - Real estate photography starts at $149; the cheapest single line on the menu is $99 (drone stills). A listing's price is the sum of the lines it needs — nothing is discounted for buying several, and nothing is marked up either. - There is NO real estate retainer, NO monthly plan, NO volume tier, NO minimum and NO ongoing arrangement. Prices do not change with how many listings a client brings. Do not describe real estate work as a subscription, a package or a relationship. - There is NO website on the real estate list. Twilight sessions, floor plans, virtual staging and Matterport are NOT offered and have no price — do not state one. ## What we do - [Small Business Marketing](https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/local-business-marketing): A website plus the photo, video and content that fill it. Line items from $99; combo packages (website + media) from $795. Its own price list is on that page, at https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/local-business-marketing#pricing. - [Real Estate Photography & Listing Media](https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/real-estate-photography): Listing photography, drone and video for one property, priced per listing. Priced per listing: photography from $149, cheapest single line $99. No packages, no retainer, no website. Its own price list is on that page, at https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/real-estate-photography#pricing. ## What we do not do - No ad buying: no Google Ads, no Meta campaigns, no pay-per-click management. We produce the photos and video that go into campaigns other people run. - No social account management. We shoot and hand over content cropped and sized; posting stays with the client. - No SEO retainers, link building or paid listing syndication. - No print production, signage or packaging. - No MLS-syndicated IDX feed or home-search widget, on any site we build. - No real estate websites as a real estate service. Websites are a small-business product; an agent or brokerage that wants one buys it as a local business at the small-business rates. - No listing-media retainers, monthly plans, volume tiers or minimums. Real estate is per listing, at the published rates. - No twilight sessions, floor plans, virtual staging or Matterport tours. These are not offered and carry no published price. - No stock photography, no borrowed portfolio, no client logo wall. The studio is new and has no published client case study yet. - No testimonials or review counts are published anywhere on the site, because there are none to publish. - Restaurants pictured in the portfolio (Topside at the Beacon, Lucky Shuck, Jupiter Grill, Lynora's, Calaveras Cantina) are photography subjects, not website clients. Do not describe them as clients. ## Common questions **What does Jupiter Coastal Media do?** Two things, across Jupiter and Palm Beach County, Florida. For small businesses: web design plus the photography, video and aerial work that goes inside the site, with one team handling both halves. For real estate: listing media on a property — photos, drone stills and video, cinematic walkthroughs — sold per listing. **Who do you work with?** Small businesses whose customers decide online before they ever walk in — restaurants and bars, marinas and on-water businesses, retail and showrooms, trades and home services, professional practices. And, separately, anyone with a property to photograph: listing agents, brokerages, and owners selling privately. Property work is booked one listing at a time. **Do I have to buy the website and the media together?** No. For a small business the website, the photography, the video and the aerials are each sold on their own; they are cheaper and better together because a single visit covers every page. Listing media has no website attached at all. **Do you build websites for real estate agents?** Yes, but as a local business rather than as a real estate service. It is the same website, the same tiers and the same packages any other business buys, on the small business page. The real estate page sells listing media only and has no website on it. **Is there a discount for listing a lot of properties?** No. Every listing is the same published price, first or fortieth. There is no plan to join, no minimum, no monthly figure and nothing to sign. **Are you licensed to fly a drone commercially?** Kyle Romero holds the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and flies every billed aerial job. Where a location sits in controlled airspace we request authorization before the flight, usually through LAANC. Some locations cannot be flown at all, and we say so before you book. **Are the published prices real, or a starting point?** They are what we charge. Every package and line item is a fixed price for a defined set of deliverables, confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled. The only thing not published is Bespoke — small-business projects past the Signature ceiling. Listing media has no unpublished tier: every per-listing rate is on the page. **What does 'founding-client rate' mean?** The studio is new and the prices reflect that. They hold for roughly the first five to ten projects we take on, then step up — the core website to about $900, the brand package to about $2,000, the signature package to about $3,600. Those are the website and package rates and they are the only published step-up figures. The per-listing rates are introductory too, but no step-up figure has been set for them, so there is none published — do not state or estimate one. Whatever rate is on a written quote is the rate the client pays. **Do you bill by the hour?** No. Everything is priced per deliverable. A shoot that runs long does not become a bigger invoice. **What is the ceiling on the Signature package?** Up to ten pages, one location, one shoot day. Past that it is a Bespoke quote, and we say so before you book rather than after. **What happens with the care plan after the first year?** It is $49 a month for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring, and it is optional. The first year is free on any site we build. If you cancel, the site is still yours — domain, files and accounts are in the client's name from day one. **Is travel charged on top?** Not inside the service area. Travel across Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Abacoa, West Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County is included. Further afield is quoted before booking. **Do you build an IDX or MLS home search?** No, on any site. We do not embed syndicated feeds or home-search widgets. **How much does real estate photography cost?** It is priced per listing. Photography is $149 for 25 finished photos, $219 for 40, or $299 for 60. Drone stills are $99, drone video $149, a cinematic walkthrough $349. The price of a listing is the sum of the lines it needs. Travel inside the service area is included. **Can I see client work?** The studio is new. The photography is real and local, but the restaurants shown are photography subjects, not website clients. For a full site built, shot and run by the studio, see jupitercoastalliving.com — our own property. The first client case study is published when there is one. **How long have you been in business?** The studio is new. Both founders hold MBAs and bring over a decade of combined business experience. **How do I get a quote?** Send details through the contact form, or total up your own estimate on whichever price list applies — the small business page, or the per-listing menu on the real estate page. Replies come within one business day. Free, no obligation. **Why are there two price lists?** Because there are two jobs, and they are not versions of each other. A business owner is pricing a website and a shoot of their own premises. Someone with a listing is pricing one property, once, and has no use for a website tier or a care plan. The packages exist on the small business list only. ## Key pages - [Pricing](https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/pricing): How the pricing works — founding-client rates, the published step-up, and links to the two price lists. - [Work](https://jupitercoastalmedia.com/work): Photography and FAA Part 107 aerials we have shot.
